END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Bestworkx templates and template packages, and Bestworkx Discs are classified as "software" (also named as Soft Good). Bestworkx "Soft Goods" grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

There will be no refund after you have downloaded any template file. All sales are final except as listed on our Policies page. We are listing our End User License Agreement so you can see before you buy.

Your download and use of the template indicates your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement. Bestworkx grants you the following license:

Your download is expressly limited to one download per "Soft Good" purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to save the download file(s) to a safe location on one computer hard drive and to then make one copy on removable media such as a CD or diskette for backup purposes only. Bestworkx is not responsible for providing replacement copies of any Soft Good. If you encounter any problems when downloading your file, please contact us as soon as possible and we will email you the file package.

RESTRICTIONS

Our templates, and images may not be resold, distributed, or added to any type of collection. They may not be offered for download, copied to resell CD ROMs DVD ROMs, or use from any website nor placed online for promotional purposes. They may not be reprinted for any kind of reselling, offerings or as free give a aways.

Each template must be used as supplied for its original intended purpose. Which means you may not select images or code from the templates or style to add to another application. Purchasing a template does not constitute ownership and does not give you the right to the graphics outside of the intended purpose.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from bestworkx.com.

DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Bestworkx.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

REFUND POLICY

Our templates are classified as software (Soft Goods) and, as such, are usually not refundable. We gladly offer refunds on any items that prove to be incompatible with your particular computer configuration. If you have installation problems with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the template, or refund your purchase price.
Each theme and template package has a full preview available. You see each page before you buy. If you have any questions about the application or suitability of any package, contact us for more details befor your purchase.
